Ideally I will get to know you and your organization in a personal conversation. That way, I can see, hear and sense the essence of what we discuss, what makes you tick. And that way you can meet me and see what makes me tick.

I am convinced that what matters is not what you do but how you do it, how you live your life. This is at the basis of my life and my way of working. So I am intrigued by stories that people tell me. I translate these stories into powerful concepts and short movies.

There is no need to be nervous when I interview you for the movie. In the end it always turns out to be a fascinating and relaxing conversation. Often people don’t even notice the camera is rolling. It goes without effort. An important characteristic of my working-method. That is one of the reasons I enjoy working with children and young people.

To ensure an effortless process I use my knowledge and experience as a coach and trainer. And from a communications perspective I look at the role of the movie within the total communications mix.
